GFC Crossbar Bracket (Digital Files)
This is the digital file you need to print your own GFC crossbar bracket.
If you do not own a printer that can print ASA or PC, or would simply prefer to have me do it, order the printed brackets here.
You will need to print your own brackets out of ASA or PC for strength and temp resistance.
If you print in Bambu Studio, the 3mf file contains all the slicing settings.
If you are printing in another software, I recommend at least 8 wall loops, 10 top and bottom shell layers, with gyroid infill. More walls is better.
For hardware, you will need to purchase source the following hardware:
(Quantity is for a set of 2 brackets, which makes 1 crossbar)
8x T-Slotted Framing Nuts 5/16"-18 Thread.
8x 18-8 Stainless Steel Oversized Washer for 5/16" Screw
8x 18-8 Stainless Steel Socket Head Screw 5/16"-18, 1" Long
